Instant gout relief
Gout, as you know, is a result of the body's inability to process and release uric acid. As a result, this uric acid tends to crystallize and gather around the body's joints, attacking the knees, the elbows, and the feet, resulting in an especially swollen appearance for these parts of the body. In the middle of your gout attack, you should do everything possible to ease the pain you feel. You can start by taking ibuprofen to help relieve the pain and fight inflammation. You may also want to apply something cool to the affected area just to help numb the pain; some people however swear by applying warm compress to the swollen portions. Try drinking more water than usual as this can help dilute the uric acid in your body. These methods will not get rid of your gout right away, but what it can do for you is to alleviate your pain as much as possible.
